We are seeking a full-time experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy OB/GYN practice in Elgin and South Elgin. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, organized, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance, maintaining patient records, and supporting daily front desk operations. Experience with Athenahealth and Phreesia is preferred.

Position Details:

• Full-time (35–40 hours/week)
• Rotating schedule between our Elgin & South Elgin offices
• One Saturday morning per month from 8:30am-12:30pm required

• Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience

We are looking to hire a professional, friendly and welcoming part-time Medical Receptionist (approx. 20 hrs./week) to join our OB/GYN team. Excellent customer service skills are required to help make our patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Training will be provided for the right candidate. The Ultrasound Technologist will perform OB/GYN Ultrasonography including 1st, 2nd, 3rd trimester scans including but not limited to transvaginal scans, pelvic GYN exams, clinical diagnostic breast and complete breast ultrasound procedures utilizing a background in anatomy, physiology, physics, and instrumentation to provide technical information to aid in diagnosis.

• Ability to demonstrate and maintain technical skills needed to perform multi-modality ultrasound procedures including OB/GYN and Breast ultrasound procedures within the care center.
• Inform physicians of preliminary findings as requested
• Ability to document patient history for radiologist interpretation
• Ability to work with mammography technologists and radiologists to ensure quality patient care
• Address patients’ questions and concerns in a positive and helpful manner
• Utilize PACS and EMR

Position Requirements / Qualifications

• 3-5 years clinical experience required
• ARDMS registered sonographer
• OB/GYN experience
• Breast ultrasound experience
• Breast registry preferred
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent communication skills with a concentration on patient-focused service required
• Experience working with electronic medical records preferred

We are hiring a full-time RN for our busy 6 physician OB/GYN practice. We have two locations, Arlington Heights and Hoffman Estates. This ideal candidate will have a passion for women’s health, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as experience working within an EMR system.

Responsibilities:

• Direct patient care
• Telephone triage
• Administering injections/some phlebotomy
• Communicate in effective and timely manner with providers and patients
• Thoroughly document communication in patients’ electronic medical record
• Transmit, on behalf of the providers, electronic lab orders and ordered prescriptions, prior authorizations
• Assist with in-office procedures, minor office surgeries
• Working within EMR to track patient results, follow-up with testing, and communicating with patients both verbally and in writing.
• Discuss normal mmg results/coordinate additional appointments if needed at the hospital
• Other related work as required

Requirements:

• Travel to both office locations (Arlington Heights and Hoffman Estates)
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills

• Valid Illinois RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in women’s health preferred
