Midwest Center for Women’s HealthCare (MCWHC) is pleased to offer our patients the convenience of participating in a wide variety of healthcare insurance plans. We make every attempt to update this list frequently. However, plans are constantly changing, and patients should always contact their plan directly to verify coverage.

When contacting insurance plans, please refer to our Federal Tax Identification Number: 04-3634290 for all MCWHC physicians and office locations. For some insurance plans, like NorthShore Physician Associates (NorthShore Medical Group IPA), Advocate, and others, we include the names of participating MCWHC physicians. Please check carefully and reach out to your doctor’s office if you have further questions.

We ask that you be sure to bring your active insurance card to each appointment. If you plan to use a secondary insurance, please bring the active secondary insurance card to each appointment as well.
