Julie Snow, MD
Dr. Julie Snow is a board-certified gynecologist who has been caring for women since 1998. After two decades of delivering babies as an OB/GYN, Dr. Snow now focuses exclusively on gynecology and women’s health, helping women thrive through every stage of life.
Dr. Snow provides comprehensive gynecologic care with expertise in menopause management, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, perimenopause, abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception, and infertility counseling and treatment. She is skilled in guiding women through infertility workups and treatment options and has a special interest in helping women manage the physical, sexual, and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause.
As a trusted menopause specialist, Dr. Snow offers both natural and integrative therapies alongside advanced medical treatments, tailoring care plans to each woman’s individual needs and lifestyle. She also emphasizes the importance of healthy exercise throughout a woman’s life and encourages patients to embrace wellness in every stage of health.
Dr. Snow’s philosophy of care is rooted in partnership. She values her patients’ voices, respects the knowledge and research they bring to their visits, and stays at the forefront of advancements in women’s health care to provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment.
She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Illinois, completed medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Chicago in 1998. She has been board certified in obstetrics and gynecology since 2000.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Snow is passionate about living an active lifestyle. A marathoner and triathlete, she also enjoys Pilates and pickleball to support bone health and overall wellness. She is married, has two children, and continues to find balance between family, fitness, and her lifelong commitment to women’s health.
