Karyn Grimm Herndon, MD, FACOG
Karyn Grimm Herndon, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. is a a board-certified OB-GYN and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She attended the University of Floridaโs College of Medicine in Gainesville after completing her undergraduate studies at Brown University. Following her residency at Northwestern University Medical School, she stayed on as a full-time faculty for several years.
Moving her practice to the North Shore, Dr. Herndon continued to teach and served as the Director of Resident Education for more than 10 years. She is honored to have been named one of Chicagoโs Best Doctors on several occasions.

In addition to spending time with her family and grandson, outside the office Dr. Herndon is an avid triathlete and sailor. When possible, she also volunteers on medical mission trips to South and Central America, providing care to women living in remote areas.
My goal is to provide excellence in medical care and establish lasting relationships with my patients across the years from adolescence to menopause and beyond.
