Lindsey Graff, DO, FACOG

Dr. Lindsey Graff, D.O., F.A.C.O.G., is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for women at every stage of life. She sees patients at the Midwest Center for Women’s Healthcare in Elgin and South Elgin, IL, offering both routine and specialized OB/GYN services in a welcoming and supportive environment.

She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University after completing her bachelor’s in science cum laude from University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, where she served as Chief Administrative Resident. Dr. Graff is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (F.A.C.O.G.).

Her dedication to women’s health has been recognized through multiple honors, including the Resident Award for Excellence in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. She brings a thoughtful and individualized approach to care, helping women manage everything from routine exams and pregnancy care to menstrual issues, pelvic pain, contraception, and menopause management.

Patients appreciate Dr. Graff’s friendly and down-to-earth style. She takes time to listen, explain options clearly, and empower women to make informed decisions about their health.
