Paoula Gueorguieva, MD, JFACOG

Paoula Gueorguieva, MD, JFACOG, is a skilled and experienced Obstetrician-Gynecologist and surgeon. Dr. Gueorguieva delivers babies and performs surgery at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge and Ascension Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago. She has a special interest in daVinci robotic surgery, minimally invasive gynecology, and hysteroscopic surgery. Dr. Gueorguieva speaks English, Bulgarian and German.

After completing her Bachelor of Science at Emory University and Master of Science at McGill University, Dr. Gueorguieva attended Chicago Medical School Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She conducted her residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital where she was selected to serve as Clinical Chief. She is also a certified da Vinci Robotic Surgeon.

Throughout her medical career, Dr. Gueorguieva has been active in teaching and research. She has numerous publications in academic journals and has presented her research most recently at the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
